Welcome to my website

I grew up in Ainsworth, a small village outside of Bolton. In 2015 after serving for over thirty years on the front line with Greater Manchester Fire Service I relocated with my wife to Arnside in Cumbria, where I now serve as a Coastguard. I specialise in pencil drawing and drawings on maps and also have an interest in iPad art which was inspired by a visit to David Hockney's "A Bigger Picture" exhibition in London.

I have had no formal art training but Art runs in my family as my Dad is an accomplished watercolour painter.
